Qualia Mind Review | Will It Greatly Increase Your Mental Performance?
This is the Qualia Mind review, a nootropic product I discovered on my journey to find the best cognitive supplement.
In this case, Qualia is a product from Neurohacker Collective, a brand with a dozen products targeting different areas like sleep, mental performance, mood and so on. Qualia Mind might be their best-selling product, with over 1,000 reviews and a 4.33 average rating.
The website is clean and full of scientific jargon. It inspires confidence, for sure. So I was curious. How good is this “Premium Nootropic Mix”? Would Qualia Mind help me focus?
Is this among the best brain supplements for increased cognitive performance?
Could this be the key to unlocking 100% of my brainpower?
Jokes aside, I have dabbled with other premium nootropic blends in the past. In fact, I was fairly impressed with the last nootropic I tried, Hunter Focus, and I definitely saw positive effects while using it. If you are looking for a more affordable alternative to Qualia Mind, I definitely recommend it.
So, it’s time to find out with this Qualia Mind review, if this nootropic blend is worth it or just another useless supplement.

Neurohacker collective (brand behind Qualia Mind) was formed by scientists, medical practitioners, and biohackers. It was this product that put them on the map, a premium blend with 28 scientifically proven ingredients.
Their aim was to provide you with the ultimate science-backed solution to tackle aging prevention, mental agility, cognitive function, memory and focus. Their approach is simple: meaningful dosages of premium ingredients that have been proven to be effective.
It was very refreshing, and successful. Since, they have expanded their repertoire to many other products like Qualia Night, Qualia Vision, or Qualia Skin, which tackle other everyday problems.
Without a doubt, one of the main reasons why you would want to buy Qualia Mind is their focus on providing you with the ultimate blend.
There are very few brands out there that provide you with such a comprehensive blend of nootropics (28) at such high dosages. As we shall see below, they take pride in transparency, providing effective dosages, and using premium ingredients only.
All of which have been scientifically proven to have beneficial effects on your cognitive functions.

Qualia Mind Ingredient Analysis
I have covered many of these ingredients in other reviews, so I won’t speak of all of them in detail. I do want to say, though, that every ingredient in the list has had scientific evidence of some sort either promoting memory, preventing age-related mind diseases, helping with focus and clarity, or helping neurotransmitter (brain messengers) synthesis.
This is, all the ingredients in the list are effective, and it’s great to see that most of them are found in high enough dosages to have meaningful effects.
Some of the most well-known (and most used) ingredients include:
- Cognizin (citicoline). It has neuroprotective properties.
- L-theanine + caffeine. Perhaps the most universal combo proven to enhance mind clarity, focus and increase productivity.
- DHA. This is an omega-3 fatty acid, that is essential for proper brain function.
- Bacopa monnieri. Another adaptogen widely used due to its proficiency reducing stress levels and anxiety.
- Rhodiola rosea. Commonly used herb that has anti stressant properties and helps you deal with intense situations better.
- Taurine. Perhaps better know for its used in energy drinks, taurine is a non-essential amino acid found in the brain and heart, mostly. It’s linked to enhanced physical performance, reaction rate and might also have neuroprotective effects.
- N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine. Precursor to neurotransmitters like dopamine, adrenalin or melanin.
I hope that it is clear by this point that most of the ingredients used in Qualia Mind are not only commonly used, but also effective and proven. However, I want to highlight some of the more uncommon nootropics found in this blend.
Uridine is a molecule found in RNA (sister to DNA involve intracellular messaging). There are studies suggesting that it can help with learning and memory, by increasing neural plasticity. This is important as new connections are needed in order for us to “learn”.
Furthermore, in combination with omega-3 fatty acids (like DHA), it was shown to relieve symptoms of depression.
Theobromine is naturally found in cacao and tea leaves. It has similar effects to caffeine, but these effects are milder and last longer.
It is thought to improve working memory, and also increase brain response timing by blocking adenosine receptors. There are also some studies suggesting that it could help promote mood and cognitive performance during sustained mental effort.
Carnitine has a key role in energy production, thus it’s often found in pre-workouts and other performance-enhancing mixes. It’s one of the most studied elements with clear positive effects. It might also have a role in preventing age-related decay by protecting mitochondrial function. This is, it keeps your brain firing at all cylinders for longer.
Alpha-glycerophosphocholine is the most effective choline supplement “able to influence both systemic and brain concentrations of choline”. Why does this matter? Because choline is an essential nutrient and precursor of acetylcholine, important for learning and memory functions.
It can also positively affect mobility and athletic performance. It may also boost the production of new brain cells.
Key takeaway: Not only most of the ingredients are found in effective dosages, but Qualia Mind has also taken into account the positive interactions between them. Many of these have been studied and proven effective in conjunction with the other ingredients found on the list. This might be the ultimate nootropic mix.
Qualia Benefits Reviewed
Beyond the possible effectiveness of the ingredients used, what we ultimately really want to know from this Qualia Mind review, is how effective it really is? How does it compare to other top nootropics like my daily driver, Hunter Focus?
Can Qualia Mind help you increase your focus, improve your mental agility, sharpen your mind and protect your brain?
- Enhance Memory & Cognition
- Fuel Focus & Concentration
- Amplify Drive & Productivity
- Promote Mental Clarity
Benefit 1: Memory and Cognition Enhancement
One of the ways Qualia Mind promotes memory is by boosting the cholinergic pathway. This pathway is in charge of brain learning and memory. Qualia supports it not only with one ingredient but in a synergistic fashion.
Alpha-GDC and Citicoline are great dietary sources of choline because they can cross the brain-blood barrier. Then, choline can be converted into relevant molecules (like neurotransmitter acetylcholine). To support this process, uridine, phosphatidylserine and B-group vitamins are added (each important in different phases).
Besides, there are other ingredients with neuroprotective properties (Bacopa, Ginkgo, Huperzine A) that help you with age-related memory loss.
Benefit 2: Boosts Focus and Concentration
If you’re looking for a dietary supplement to reduce brain fog and improve focus and concentration, Qualia Mind might be a good option. B-vitamins like those in Qualia Mind are particularly beneficial for focus. Similarly, in conjunction with ingredients like phosphatidylserine, citicoline, and L-theanine, this effect can be enhanced.
There are clear synergistic effects that according to current studies should help you with bot key areas way beyond placebo.
Benefit 3: Be More Productive and Pro-Active
One of the major issues in the current society that I experience, it’s feeling sluggish or low in energy. We all rely on caffeine to overcome this issue but it’s often not enough.
That’s why a clever nootropic blend like Qualia’s Mind can help you be more energetic and produtive.
While many “smart drugs” rely on pure caffeine for energy, Qualia Mind uses whole coffee fruit extract, which contains naturally occurring coffee polyphenols. This provides sustained energy without the crash you typically get from caffeinated beverages. Ingredients like theobromine and PQQalso help with reducing mental fatigue.
In this case, Qualia adds coffee fruit extract (with polyphenols), theobromine and PQQ. In combination, they are quite effective at reducing fatigue, and helping you stay mentally sharp for longer.
Benefit 4: Protect Long-Term Cognitive Health
Perhaps most importantly, the best nootropics always include ingredients that will safeguard your brain from accumulating damage. In this respect, Qualia Mind nootropics include ingredients that promote neurotransmitter production, enhance key signaling pathways (acetylcholine, dopamine), and support mitochondrial activity within the brain.
Price and Offers
When it comes to price, unfortunately, most of the best nootropics are not very cheap. Other favourites of ours like Mind Lab Pro and Hunter Focus are also not very affordable.
This is because many of the key ingredients need to be provided in high dosages and this comes at a cost. What you will often find in the cheaper brands are proprietary blends that will hide the quantities or simply lower amounts (insufficient dosage).
Disclaimer aside, here’s how much Qualia Mind will cost you:
- 1 Tub (30 servings) –> $139, $4.63/serving.
However, Qualia offers a subscription with significant discounts:
- First order for $64 ($2.14/serving) and $119 the following shipments ($3.96/serving).
Qualia Mind is currently shipped to the US (free), Canada, UK, New Zeeland and Australia.
Other Neurohacker Collective Products
On another note, it is worth noting that Qualia Mind is just one of the products offered by the Neurohacker Collective. This brand is one of the best brain supplement brands in the market and they have products tackling different key areas of life like sleep, vision, skin etc.
In fact, they offer a great bundle of Life, Mind and Night to enhance all areas of your daily routine. Make sure you sleep correctly, feel energized and focus during the day, whilst protecting yourself from ageing.
Obviously, this is no cheap bundle, and I would only recommend it to those who have the budget to afford it.
Qualia Vision Is a Pass
On the other hand, I would not recommend Qualia Vision. While it can have some minor benefits, I think that you should not need this supplement in your daily life.
Qualia Life Only If You Have the Money
Similarly, it’s really hard to judge whether some of the other products in the Neurohacker Collective are as effective as they promise. In this category, you have Qualia Life.
While there’s no doubt that the brand does do the proper research, and only include ingredients with proven benefits (in a transparent manner); the actual effects are hard to gauge.
In my opinion, there’s no harm to take them (and tons of potential benefit). However, I am fully aware that they are not very affordable, and thus, I would only recommend Qualia Life to those who have the spare budget.
You should at least notice increase energy levels, better rest, and a improved activity levels. I would also pair this with exercise and a healthy diet.
Is the Qualia Bundle Worth It?
Ultimately, many of you might be asking if Qualia Mind and or the bundle are worth it.
In my opinion, Qualia mind is definitely worth the money if you are looking for a premium nootropic that will help you with productivity, focus and energy levels. I have definitely noticed the difference.
As for the Qualia Bundles, it’s a mixed bag. Personally, I don’t struggle with sleep, thus, I don’t tend to look for sleep supplements. That said, the Qualia Performance bundle is surely a top-notch booster. It will do well at enhancing all key areas (mind, energy levels, and rest) of life.
The Nootropic Bundle on the other hand, it’s a pass for me. It contains vision which I think it’s unnecessary.

Verdict: Qualia Review
When it comes to the best nootropics, the margins are very narrow. As proven in this Qualia Mind review, the difference is in the small details and being able to deliver a complete package.
In this regard, I think that Qualia Mind does an excellent job. It tackles key areas (memory, learning, focus, stress relief, brain protection, energy levels) very efficiently.
It does so by using top-quality scientifically backed ingredients in the right dosages. High dosages cause both the big serving size (7 capsules) and the premium price tag.
In fact, I did find it annoying having to eat 7 capsules every day, but other top nootropic supplements, like Hunter Focus, do tend to have 5-6 capsule servings. I wish there was an easier way to consume this product.
Lastly, there’s no denying that this is not a supplement for everybody. Only those who have spare money will be able to afford Qualia Mind. If you can do so, I would definitely recommend it; as you will find very brain enhancers as efficient as Qualia Mind.
Otherwise, for a cheaper alternative, I would recommend my daily driver, Hunter Focus, instead.
